About Worship
Worship is the first and most important thing we share together as Christians. Worship is so much more than rituals and readings; it is the 'work of God's people' (the meaning of the word, 'liturgy'). That work is to acknowledge God as the Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer of the world. When we gather to worship we put God first, proclaiming God's Way as the way to a life which is redeemed and made whole by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ!
Worship is prayer, song, dwelling upon Scripture and, in the tradition of our church, gathering weekly around the Lord's Table to eat the Bread of Heaven and drink from the Cup of Salvation. Communion is where we most clearly see Jesus and each other, bound as one in the Body of Christ, his church. Here is where our mission to love God and serve our neighbor becomes flesh and blood; where it becomes real.

CLASSES FOR ADULTS DESCRIBED
The Adult Bible Class
Our class is exploring God’s Word by following the International Sunday School Lessons. We have a great fellowship and seek to deepen our lives in Christ each Sunday morning through the scripture, lively discussion and warm fellowship. Won’t you join us? We meet upstairs in the ABC Classroom
The Spiritual Connections Class
In addition to our weekly theme on Wednesdays and a monthly fellowship event, we gather each Sunday morning to learn how God is made real to us and to deepen our lives in faith. Join us in experiencing life in the Spirit as we dive deeper into our relationship with the Lord. We gather upstairs in the Church Parlor.
The Disciples Class
We discover God’s Word through a dynamic curriculum called 'The Present Word.' This group engages in spiritual conversations that will help challenge, encourage and equip you for Christian living. We gather downstairs in the Disciples Classroom.

Living Inside Out (for ages 3 thru 5th Grade)
We’re coming together to explore life and faith and to learn both can be a blast.
We begin each week in the Fellowship Hall and then experience a fun and active time of learning more about our wonderful God and the life He gives us through Jesus!
Need A Ride to Sunday School? Just call the Church Office at 706-323-2925 by noon each Friday and we’ll arrange for someone to pick you up Sunday morning.
