Our Mission

The mission of this congregation is to be and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, being His witness to all we encounter.  Led and empowered by the Holy Spirit we seek to become His Good News by sharing, nurturing and teaching the faith through evangelism and practicing the spiritual disciplines of:

· renewing ourselves in regular worship

· the study of God's Word

· applying our gifts and resources in support of the ministry of Jesus Christ

· and mutually submitting ourselves in love to God and each other in the Body of Christ.

Our Core Values

We believe in preaching and teaching the truth of Holy Scripture which communicates the Good News of God’s love expressed in the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

We believe in worship as the center of our practice of faith, wherein we willingly and joyfully enter into God’s presence through the holy acts of communion, prayer, praise and thanksgiving.

We believe in prayer as continuous awareness and communication between God and his people, directing and empowering us in seeking God’s will individually and in community.

We believe in fellowship as vital in drawing people together to share their lives and create relationships that reveal and perpetuate the Gospel.

We believe in cheerful giving as a central belief and way of life, wherein we return our talents, treasure and time to benefit the ministry of Jesus Christ.

We believe in evangelism and are called to seek out and invite people into a life-giving relationship with Jesus Christ through his church.
